I am incharge to run for the strategic aspect of IHLC and bring the organization to world level. I am managing the businesses and building the partnership with worldwide organization in order to bring Indonesian Hospitality practices to the next level.

I have been working for over 15 years for well-known French Hotel Chain with my last position as Country HR Pre-Opening for Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. I was operating my own consulting businesses for hotel, bank and hospital for 2 years.

I am incharge to assist clients to shape their stroger corporate culture, providing high level and personalized consulting service and help them develop useful management tools. I would be glad to answer any questions related with Service Quality Culture, Corporate Training, Talent Management, Digital Recruitment and Service Quality Technologies.

I have been working for over 10 years in American and Asian Hotel Chain with my last position as Corporate Learning and Development Manager covering for Indonesia Region. I was assisting my clients to shape culture for large scale organizations ranging from Bank, Hospital and Hotel in Indonesia for last 2 years.

I am incharge to assist clients to help them design for their people brand identity, providing high level and personalized Consultation Service concerning about the development of the Service Culture for their organization. I manage Service Quality Audit, providing Training, conduct One-on-One Coaching and evaluating the overall Service Quality Implementation for Hotel and Hospital Market.

I was working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years in the field of Service Operation and General Management for some American, French and Local Hotel Chain and also high scale Hospital in Indonesia. My last position was General Manager for Local Hotel Chain in Indonesia.

I am incharge to assist clients to support all requires documentation, manage learning tools, learner registration, verifying certificate of the learning completion and coordinate invoice for the clients.

I was working at the Corporate Office at Local Hotel Chain in Human Resources Division. I was assisting stakeholder by coordinating the recruitment process and execute administration work.
